Goat milk cheese

Feta

A Greek style cheese made from Goats and cows milk, it is a soft white, salty cheese which is kept soaked in brine. Remove it from the brine right before using.

Uses

It is used popularly in a Greek salad and other recipes.

Pecorino (Young/Old)

Pecorino is an aged Italian style Goats milk cheese. This gets crumbly with age and when old has a highly piquant taste

Uses

It is usually used in cooking.

Chavroux

A soft and spreadable goats milk cream cheese.

Uses

It is used on sandwiches or on crackers or even in a lot of salads.

Goat Milk Cheese (Plain/Herbs/Paprika)

An aged cheese made with goat milk and then coated with herbs paprika.

Uses

It is best placed on a cheese board.
