Pizza Cheese

A slightly stringy fast melting cheese, our pizza cheese is a combination of a few cheeses made to top your pizza.

Uses

Besides using pizza cheese as a pizza topping it also goes very well on baked dishes or even grated and used in sandwiches.

Monterey Jack

Another fast melting pleasant cheese, Monterey Jack is a favourite amongst most children. It is a semi hard cow milk cheese.

Uses

This cheese is used to make a cheese sauce and pour over nachos. Also can be used as a sandwich cheese and cooking cheese.

Fondue

Fondue is a typical Swiss Dish which is like a melted cheese. It is usually served in a communal pot which is placed over a burner so the cheese stays warm and liquid. This usually contains melted cheese mixed with wine, kirsch, garlic and other flavours. It is usually served with dry bread (Brun works well) which is poked onto long forks and dipped and rolled in the fondue and eaten. The cheeses used to make this are Gruyere and Emmenthal.

Uses

Our Fondue is the ready mix sealed in a pack. All you have to do is heat it and serve it in a fondue pot along with some bread.

Boursin (with Black Pepper/Paprika/Flax seeds/Sesame seeds)

Our version of a boursin is a creamy cow milk cheese flavoured with garlic and either black pepper or paprika or sesame or flax seeds. This is one of our most popular cheeses. It is a soft and fast melting cheese.

Uses

Popular as a breakfast cheese and table cheese. It has a mild light flavour.

Pub Cheese

Exactly like a boursin only without garlic. It is a creamy cow milk cheese flavoured with either black pepper or paprika or sesame or flax seeds. This is also one of our most popular cheeses. It is a soft and fast melting cheese.

Uses

Eaten best on its own or served on a cheeseboard, this cheese also goes very well as an appetiser with drinks.
