The production of healthy food is at the heart of ABC's philosophy and they are committed to creating good quality cheeses, naturally. Their cheese platter boasts of over 70 varieties of cheese along with organic farm grown products like black rice, brown rice, wheat and lots more.

Milk

Milk is at the heart of what we do and who we are. Naturally, we pride ourselves on the quality and hygiene of our fresh milk. We stock and sell the three varieties here at ABC Farms – Cow, Buffalo and Skim. We also have our own farm produced Organic Cow Milk.

Lemsi

Lemsi is a probiotic lemon flavoured lassi which ABC Farms is very well known for in Pune.

Uses

Lemsi is a refreshing and healthy drink, which offers relief to people with stomach ulcers or suffering from acidity.

Yoghurt

Yogurt is a result of bacterial fermentation of milk over a course of 6-10 hours. The cultures we use to make our yogurt are developed in-house after detailed research to provide maximum health benefits and obviously, taste. We produce fruit flavoured yogurts made using natural fruit pieces.

SurtiPaneer or basket Paneer

SurtiPaneer is an extremely soft basket paneer which is a Parsi specialty. This is a fresh cheese which should be consumed within two days.

Uses

Eaten by itself.

Buffalo Milk Malai Paneer

Paneer is an Indian cottage cheese made of Buffalo Milk and is a soft, unaged, cheese which does not melt.

Uses

It is typically used for cooking in a variety of Indian food.

Cow Milk Paneer

At ABC Farms we have developed a healthier version of the Indian Paneer by making it with Cow's Milk. This variety is yellowish in colour compared to the white buffalo milk paneer and tastes sweeter as well.

Butter

Butter is produced after vigorously churning cream or buttermilk. It is used in a diverse manner all around the world, right from baking and sautéing to grilling and caramelising. Our yellow butter is produced using cow milk and in two different varieties – Salted and Unsalted. We also make a White Butter on order.

Ghee

Ghee is the cornerstone of Indian traditional cuisine and sweets. It is produced by further clarifying butter by heating it and separating any liquid residues left behind. Our ghee is totally pure and natural and we make two varieties, one using Cow milk and Buffalo milk Ghee as well.

Kesar Shrikhand

Shrikhand is a popular accompaniment and sweet dish in Maharashtrian and Gujarati cuisine. It is a decadent and flavoursome mixture of strained yogurt, sugar and nuts. Here at ABC, we produce Saffron infused Shrikhand right from scratch.
