Ingredients
- 100g Halloumi, cut into long strips
- 1 tortilla
- A few lettuce leaves
- Fresh tzatziki spread
- Sautéed red capsicum
- Pickled onion rings
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cucumber
Instructions
- Prepare the Halloumi:
Fry the halloumi strips in a pan until golden brown. Set aside. - Assemble the Wrap:
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Place the lettuce leaves evenly across the tortilla.
- Spread a generous amount of tzatziki over the lettuce.
- Add the Fillings:
- Arrange the fried halloumi strips on top of the tzatziki.
- Layer sautéed red capsicum over the halloumi.
- Add pickled onion rings and a sprinkle of chopped fresh cucumber.
- Wrap & Toast:
- Gently roll the tortilla into a wrap, ensuring all ingredients are secure.
