How to Enjoy

Fetta Cheese is preserved in brine (salt water) which can make the cheese excessively salty. Our reccomendation is to rinse the cheese in drinking water to wash off the excess salt before consuming. Can be cubed and used in salads or mixed together with herbs and spread on toast/crackers.
