Mature Edam cheese is aged longer than its mild counterpart, developing a firmer texture and a richer, more pronounced flavor. It retains the creamy characteristics of Edam but with a deeper, nuttier taste that makes it suitable for slicing, grating, or enjoying on its own.
Store refrigerated. Consume within 1 week of opening the packet. After using wrap the balance in cheese paper/aluminium foil/cling film to prevent it from drying out.
Best before 4 months from manufacturing date
Slice and use on a cheese board or grate and use in cooking.
